North East Hockey Club
The North East Hockey Club and City of Tea Tree Gully are back playing on their new hockey / multi sport surface at Golden Grove in Adelaide’ north following the recent refurbishment of the playing surface.
After correcting works to the sub base and a new layer of asphalt, TEAM Sports replaced the tired old sand filled surface with a new in-situ shock pad and our FIH approved Aquaturf SL hockey / multi-sport synthetic grass surface. Capped off with a new state of the art irrigation and water harvesting system featuring “pop-up cannons” allowing the North East Hockey Club to play and train on the pitch ‘wet’ or ‘dry’.
The multi-sport functionality of Aquaturf SL allowed line marking for 1 x full-size hockey field, 4 x hockey training semi-circles and 12 x tennis courts all in one providing the hockey club, local school and greater community a true multi-sport facility promoting many years of enjoyment.
